Common questions
It depends on how involved you are in the deal. If you fully handle the client on your side and we manage the groundwork in Bali, your commission is 2.5%. Less involvement means a lower share.
A valid referral is the introduction of a buyer who signs and pays for a property within 12 months of the introduction.
After the client’s final contract is signed, we transfer your commission share within 3 business days of receiving the funds.
Bank transfer is the current payout method. Alternatives can be discussed. For transfers outside Indonesia in currencies other than IDR, transfer fees and forex are deducted from your commission.
No. You are welcome to partner with us while keeping your other relationships and ways of working.
Business often starts one way and ends up another. We can renegotiate at any time if we both agree it is the right path.
